Article 2 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed by non-professional consumers on the online store operated by USELESS PRIDE DISTRIBUTION. They govern the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
Article 3 – Products
The store offers for sale:
- Print on Demand (made-to-order) products: t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, posters, stickers, patches and any other item produced upon order
- Physical stock products: vinyl records, CDs, board games, and any other immediately available item
Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. The seller cannot be held liable for obvious errors or omissions.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros including all applicable taxes.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are not included in product prices.
Article 5 – Orders
Any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and current prices. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. This email may be directed to spam folders; please check accordingly.
Each order is assigned a unique order number, which must be quoted in any correspondence regarding the order.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is processed securely via Shopify Payments. The seller does not store any payment card data.
Article 7 – Delivery
Orders are shipped every business day. Processing time is 48 to 72 business hours, except during high-demand or holiday periods. For POD items, an additional production delay may apply (see shipping policy).
A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch. The seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or external events (strikes, adverse weather, etc.).
In case of a lost parcel: the seller will assist the buyer in contacting the carrier. A lost parcel claim may only be initiated after two weeks from the dispatch date.
Article 8 – Withdrawal and refunds
The conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds are described in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Article 9 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects under the law of your country of residence.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All designs, visuals and content on products and on the store are protected by intellectual property law. The buyer acquires only the physical product and does not acquire any right to reproduce or exploit the works featured on it.
Article 11 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, force majeure, or the act of a third party (including the carrier).
In any event, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
Article 12 – Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on the store. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.
Article 13 – Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. They are drafted in both French and English; in case of conflict, the French version prevails.
II – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SLIFT online store, operated by USELESS PRIDE DISTRIBUTION (SIRET 95275579100011), 4 Rue de Kourou, 31240 L’Union – France.
By accessing the store and placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
1. Order confirmation
Each order is assigned a unique order number. You will receive two automatic emails:
- An order confirmation email after payment is validated
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is dispatched
These emails may go to your spam folder — please check it. Your order number is required for any customer service request.
2. Processing and shipping times
Orders are processed every business day, with a standard processing time of 48 to 72 business hours. For Print on Demand items, an additional production time of 3 to 7 business days may apply.
During peak periods or holidays, these times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email in case of exceptional delays.

3. Refunds and exchanges
Refund and exchange conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary:
- POD products (made to order) are non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defect or our error
- Stock products benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
- Any defective product or error on our part will result in a reprint, refund, or store credit at the customer’s choice
4. Delivery liability
We are responsible for the proper delivery of your order until it is actually received, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, we will assist you and take responsibility for resolving the issue with the carrier. Please only report a parcel as lost after 14 calendar days from the dispatch date.

5. Intellectual property
All content on the store (texts, images, designs, logos, product visuals) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or exploitation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
The buyer acquires only the physical product and does not acquire any rights over the graphic or musical works featured on it.
6. Use of the store
Access to and use of the store is for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are prohibited:
- Using automated means to access the store or extract data
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Posting false, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep the store accessible at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical incidents.

9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may refer to the FEVAD mediator (www.mediateurfevad.fr) or bring the matter before the competent courts.
III – Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the SLIFT online store, operated by USELESS PRIDE DISTRIBUTION.
1. Processing times
- Stock products (vinyl, CDs, pre-printed merch, board games, posters, stickers, etc.): 48 to 72 business hours
- Print on Demand products (made-to-order apparel and accessories): 3 to 7 business days under normal conditions. In the event of supplier material shortages or high production volumes, this lead time may exceed 10 business days or more. You will be notified by email as soon as we become aware of such a delay.
⚠ POD production time is in addition to the carrier’s delivery time. The total time between your order and receipt may therefore exceed 2 to 3 weeks in some cases. Please bear this in mind if your order is time-sensitive.
Orders containing both stock and POD items will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless you request otherwise.
Orders are processed every business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Additional delays may apply during peak demand or holiday periods.
2. Carriers and delivery times
- Colissimo (La Poste): Metropolitan France – 2 to 5 business days / Europe – 5 to 10 business days
- Colissimo Relay: France – post office or pickup point delivery, 3 to 5 business days
- Mondial Relay: France and Europe – pickup point delivery, 3 to 7 business days
- Chronopost: France – express next business day delivery
- DHL / UPS / FedEx: international deliveries outside Europe – 5 to 15 business days depending on destination
These timeframes are indicative and run from the dispatch date. They may be affected by public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or customs delays.
3. Shipping zones
- Metropolitan France and overseas territories
- European Union and European Economic Area
- Rest of the world (subject to carrier availability)
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the parcel and the destination. The exact amount will be shown before payment confirmation.
Any customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed shipping costs.
5. Order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. This email may go to your spam folder — please check it. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Pickup point responsibility
For deliveries to post offices, pickup points or parcel lockers, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to:
- Verify that the pickup point selected at checkout is open and operational on the expected delivery date
- Collect the parcel within the timeframe set by the carrier (generally 10 to 15 calendar days)
- Check the availability of the pickup point (temporary closure, changed opening hours, etc.)
⚠ If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection within the deadline, pickup point closure, or any other reason attributable to the buyer, reshipping costs will be entirely at the buyer’s expense. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend checking the opening hours and status of your chosen pickup point before placing your order, via the La Poste, Mondial Relay or relevant carrier website.
7. Lost or damaged parcel
In the event of a lost parcel: wait 14 calendar days from dispatch, then contact us at support@uselesspride.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed: free reshipping or full refund at your choice.
In the event of a damaged parcel: take photos before any return and contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@uselesspride.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If an incorrect address provided by you results in a return or loss, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@uselesspride.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
IV – Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the online store operated by USELESS PRIDE DISTRIBUTION, SIRET 95275579100011, headquartered at 4 Rue de Kourou, 31240 L’Union – France.
1. Print on Demand (made-to-order) products
The following products are manufactured individually, using our designs or those of our partner artists, after your order is received:
- T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and printed apparel made to order
- Posters and prints
- Stickers, patches and accessories printed on demand
- Any other item whose production is triggered by your order
Production time: the manufacturing lead time for Print on Demand items is generally 7 to 10 business days. However, depending on supplier stock levels or high production volumes, this lead time may extend beyond 10 business days or more.
You will be notified by email in the event of an exceptional delay.
⚠ Important: production time is in addition to the carrier’s delivery time. Please order well in advance if you have a fixed deadline.
As these products are not personalised to your specifications, they are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal described in Article 2 below, on the same basis as in-stock products.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days) — stock and Print on Demand products
For all products offered in our store — whether available in stock or made to order (Print on Demand) — you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us with your order number and your intention to withdraw
- through our Withdrawal Form just below
- or by email at support@uselesspride.com
- Return the product in its original packaging, unused and unsealed, within 14 days of your notification
Return shipping costs are entirely at the buyer’s expense, whether for a return for refund or for an exchange.
Exception: audio or video recordings (vinyl, CDs) whose packaging has been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Online Withdrawal Form
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
3. Defective product or our error
Regardless of the product type (POD or stock), we take full responsibility in the event of:
- A defective product received (manufacturing defect, incorrect print, item damaged during shipping)
- An error on our part (wrong item shipped, incorrect size, incomplete order)
In these cases, we offer, at your choice:
- Free reprint or reshipping of the correct product
- A full refund of the amount paid
- A store credit of equivalent value
For any claim, contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@uselesspride.com with your order number and photos of the defective product.
4. Exchanges
An exchange is possible subject to stock availability.
Both the return shipping cost for the item to be exchanged and the reshipping cost of the new item are entirely at the buyer’s expense.
If the desired product is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be offered.
5. Post office and pickup point responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the post office or pickup point selected at checkout is open and operational at the time of delivery.
⚠ If a parcel is returned to us due to the closure, unavailability, or non-collection of the parcel within the timeframe set by the carrier, the reshipping costs will be entirely at the buyer’s expense. No refund of the initial shipping fees will be made.
We recommend checking the opening hours and status of your chosen pickup point before placing your order, and ensuring you are able to collect your parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier (generally 10 to 15 calendar days).
6. Intellectual property — reproduction prohibited
All designs, visuals, illustrations, logos and graphic or musical works featured on products sold in the store are protected by intellectual property law (French Intellectual Property Code, EU Directive 2001/29/EC).
The buyer acquires only the physical product. The purchase does not confer any right to reproduce, display, broadcast, modify or commercially exploit the works featured on the product.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from the rights holder:
- Any partial or complete reproduction of designs or visuals, in any form whatsoever (printing, scanning, online sharing for commercial purposes, etc.)
- Any commercial use of the visuals or designs
- Any creation of unauthorised derivative products
Any violation of these rights may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
7. Legal guarantee
Independently of this policy, you benefit from the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects under the law of your country of residence.
